We are seeking a highly skilled SIMS Coordinator and Lead Data Analyst to join our team. This important role will involve managing and optimizing the School Information Management System (SIMS) while leading the analysis and evaluation of educational assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both education technology and data analysis with a focus on improving student outcomes through datadriven insights.

The ideal candidate must have the following key competencies:

• Data Presentation & Analysis: Ability to create clear highimpact presentations and reports on examination and data analysis to inform leadership and teaching staff.
• Skilled in working with Senior management team to develop datadriven strategies that enhance student achievement.
• Experienced in completing and submitting complex reports to senior leadership head office and the Ministry of Education ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Expertise in setting student targets updating progress and producing reports for parents staff and leadership teams.
• Capable of designing dashboards and regular reports to identify trends and anomalies for instructional leadership.
• Work with Examination Officers to analyse internal and external exam data and ensure accurate reporting of results.
• Provide coaching to teachers to support datadriven teaching and improve student outcomes.
• Offer recommendations on data collection methods analysis and reporting to improve school data systems.
• Design and produce detailed reports from SIMS to support teaching staff in raising student attainment and behaviour.
• Oversee data input to meet deadlines and support the effective operation of assessment and reporting systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to school policies maintaining data integrity and compliance in all processes.

Educational Background:

The educational background for a SIMS Coordinator and Lead Data Analyst typically includes the following:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field is usually the minimum requirement. Common degrees for aspiring data analysts include:

• Computer Science: Provides a strong foundation in programming data structures algorithms and problemsolving skills.
