Senior Procurement Manager

The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee the entire procurement process from project inception to completion ensuring costeffective strategies compliance and longterm value. This role involves managing procurement documentation negotiating contracts and collaborating with project teams to maintain timelines budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
Prepare and manage procurement documents such as RFPs tenders and contracts.
Lead contract negotiations amendments and risk assessments.
Coordinate with project teams to align procurement with schedules and milestones.
Oversee change management claims and dispute resolution processes.
Monitor and control budgets preparing detailed financial forecasts and reports.
Evaluate bids lead tender evaluations and manage supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality.
 

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or Construction Management with 15 years of relevant experience.
  • GCC region experience is strongly preferred.
  • Incountry experience is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in procurement and quantity surveying on largescale projects including airports or multiphase developments.
  • Proven track record in contract management and administration within consultancy or project management roles.
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and knowledge of aviation construction regulations is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
  • Expertise in procurement processes and financial reporting.
