Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing digital marketing strategies across various platforms. This role requires expertise in SEO SEM social media marketing content creation analytics and more. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness increase online engagement and maximize digital sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals ensuring growth in key performance metrics such as website traffic conversions and lead generation.
  • SEO & SEM: Plan execute and optimize onpage and offpage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads ensuring high ROI and lead generation.
  • Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc.) creating engaging content and analyzing campaign performance to increase reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop highquality relevant and SEOoptimized content (blog posts videos infographics etc.) to engage target audiences.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns monitor performance and drive conversions through segmentation and targeted messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics SEMrush or others to track measure and report on digital campaign performance. Analyze results and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Awareness: Build and maintain the brands online presence through strategic digital campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as design sales and product to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO SEM Google Ads social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent content writing communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics SEMrush etc.).
  • Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g. MailChimp HubSpot etc.).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Knowledge of local market trends in Qatar and the Middle East region is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international or regional brands in Qatar.
  • Familiarity with Arabic language and cultural nuances is a plus.
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
