**Job Title: Sales Representative - Life Balance Shoes Mall Kiosk**

Location: Mall Kiosk (Location may vary)
- Doha Qatar

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Representative at our Life Balance Shoes Mall Kiosk, you will be at the forefront of our brand, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service while promoting our products. You will play a key role in driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.

2. Provide accurate information about our products, including features, benefits, and materials.

3. Assist customers in selecting the right footwear based on their preferences and requirements.

4. Offer personalized recommendations and styling advice to enhance the customer experience.

5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise.

7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.

8. Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.

9. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.

11. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

3. Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable demeanour..

4. Knowledge in using POS is an advantage

5. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
