uPVC & HDPE Manufacturing factory requires the following vacancies:
**Senior accountant**:

- Having minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Accounts, Cost control, General Accounts,

Administration,
- Handling day-to-day accounting job
- Must-Know MS office
- Financial statements, accounts receivable, account payable, bank transactions, and general ledger, budgeting, etc
**- Good knowledge in ODOO ERP accounting software is a must**

**Light and medium driver (2 nos.)**:

- Valid Qatari driving license, Valid QID & NOC
- 10 Hours normal duty + OT. Weekly one day off (OT).
- To drive 1.5-ton light pickup, 3-ton pickup & 14 seater mini bus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant position

**QA/QC Manager**:
The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for creating, executing and implementing the project QA/QC

Plan; managing the QA/QC team and monitoring the site quality, documentation of the process in accordance with contract specifications, documents deviations from the contracts and provide plans to rectify contract deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee production quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specifications, and QMS requirements.
- Manage the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, inspection, documentation, and construction activities.
- Prepare the project QA manual control and supervise all amendments and revisions.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the production quality management system and recommend improvements when required.
- Implement the project audit scheduled for all multi
- disciplinary systems and process on the construction task force including sub
- contractors at the jobsites.
- Develop and review of the Production Quality program documentation manuals, work process and

reporting of quality records management of quality documents.
- Prepare and issue audit reports noting system non
- conformances (NCR's) and verifying effective corrective/ preventive actions.
- Deliver audit assessment findings to the management and evaluate the need for any corrective/ preventative action.
- Assess sub
- contractors capabilities to meet the quality requirements of the project as required.
- Verify production quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Responsibility for the performance of all inspections and testing activities as defined by contract.
- Assures that the contracts obligations for testing and record keeping are adhered to.
- Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the production.
- Maintain the project quality records for the production quality audit plans, performance and management thereof.
- Establish and manage a field document control system for production specifications, test and inspection reports, vendor data and as-orders specs.
- Perform evaluations of production quality to determine is production meeting the quality requirements.
- Liaison with the official authorities and other relevant organizations.
- Conduct periodic Quality Program training for factory production personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant position

**Marketing and Sales Manager**:

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant position

**Sales Executives (3 NOS.)**:

- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
