**Job Title**: Female Arabic Sales Executive

**Location**: Vendome Mall, Lusail - Qatar

We are seeking a professional and motivated **Female Arabic Sales Executive** to join our team at Vendome Mall. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key customer relationships, and providing an elevated customer experience in a premium retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain and grow strong customer relationships.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and professional consultation.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff (if applicable).
- Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and organized at all times.
- Support promotional activities and events as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Female, fluent in Arabic** (mandatory).
- Proven experience in **retail sales**, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with valid documents.
