**Senior Electrical Technician**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, and equipment malfunctions.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical control systems, motors, and power distribution systems.
- Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and perform necessary corrective actions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum **5+ years** of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and power distribution.
- Ability to work with electrical tools, testing instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with safety procedures, electrical codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Certifications (if applicable)**:

- Certified Electrical Technician (or equivalent).
- OSHA or Safety Training Certification.
- Experience with PLCs, automation, and industrial control systems (preferred).

**Work Environment**:

- May require working in confined spaces, heights, or outdoor environments.
- Shift-based work, including weekends and emergency call-outs if necessary.
