**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems, such as mixers, conveyors, crushers, and other plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- **Design & Fabrication**:

- Assist in designing mechanical components or modifications for plant equipment.
- Support fabrication activities to create or improve mechanical systems for production needs.
- **Installation & Commissioning**:

- Participate in the installation of new mechanical systems and ensure proper functionality.
- Work closely with senior engineers to commission new equipment.
- **Efficiency Improvements**:

- Analyze mechanical systems to identify areas for optimization.
- Implement solutions to enhance the performance and lifespan of mechanical equipment.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare maintenance logs and technical reports on mechanical equipment performance.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment handling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material handling systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
