**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Engage in B2B, B2C Food and Beverage fresh food sales activities, focusing on technology and technical sales sectors.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Perform telemarketing activities to reach potential customers and promote products/services.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
