**Job Title**: Senior Engineer - Civil Maintenance Project

**Location**: Doha

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for civil infrastructure, including buildings and other structures.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead civil maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Prepare project documentation, including work plans, progress reports, and final reports.
- **Structural Assessment and Repair**:

- Conduct detailed assessments of civil structures to identify issues and develop effective repair strategies.
- Supervise and support maintenance teams in executing repair and rehabilitation works.
- **System Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for improving the performance and durability of civil infrastructure.
- Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance the reliability and efficiency of civil systems.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect team members and equipment.
- **Training and Development**:

- Mentor and train junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering technology and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in civil maintenance engineering, particularly with infrastructure maintenance and management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading maintenance projects and managing maintenance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in civil engineering software and maintenance management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
