**Job Description Nature and scope of work (tasks and duties)**

1. Preparation of 2D and 3D images and various sketches of the required material.

2. Preparing designs for the Ministry's logos, seals, and posters for its website.

3. Creating designs for all publications of the Ministry of Public Health, considering the applicable standards and criteria.

4. Designing all kinds of publications and posters required by the Ministry's activities and events.

5. Work with the Ministry's website designers’ team in various production processes.

6. Fluency in the Arabic language, both spoken and written

**Academic Qualification**

Bachelor's degree majoring in Graphic Design with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.

**Required Skill Set**
**Extensive working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite with exposure in below**:
1. Adobe Photoshop CC (Latest Version)

2. Adobe illustrator CC (Latest Version)

3. Adobe InDesign CC (Latest Version)

4. Adobe Premiere Pro CC (Optional)

5. Adobe After Effects CC (Optional)

6. Maxon Cinema 4D / other 3D Application (Optional)

**Responsibilities**:
2. Demonstrate superior customer service skills by meeting all customer requirements within acceptable standards of time, cost, and quality.

3. Compliance with all legislation and laws of the State of Qatar and the policies of the Ministry of Public Health and indicates non-fulfilment and commitment of others to do so.

4. Regular attendance, punctuality, and dedication to work (arrives and leaves work as scheduled)

5. Permanent integrity and good character in all matters inside and outside work.

6. Take responsibility at various times of work.

7. Respect colleagues and work as an effective member within the work team and open channels of effective communication.
