**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Quality Control**: Conduct testing and analysis of lubricant samples to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Product Development**: Assist in the development of new lubricant formulations by conducting research, experiments, and evaluations.
- **Troubleshooting**: Investigate and troubleshoot any issues related to product quality, performance, or production processes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and other relevant data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling chemicals and operating laboratory equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering is a must.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the lubricant industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct tests, interpret results, and identify potential issues.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing procedures and data recording.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, report findings, and discuss results with other departments.
- Understanding lubricant chemistry, testing methods, and industry regulations is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and production staff.
