**Job Description: Project Engineer - CCTV and Access Control Systems**

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with expertise in CCTV and Access Control systems, particularly with experience working with Honeywell and Lenel vendor certifications. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CCTV and Access Control systems for our clients. Your technical knowledge and experience will be vital in ensuring the successful execution of security system projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to understand client requirements and project objectives.

Design CCTV and Access Control system layouts, considering client needs, facility specifications, and industry best practices.

Select appropriate equipment and components based on project requirements and vendor certifications, with a focus on Honeywell and Lenel products.

Develop comprehensive system design documentation, including equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, and integration requirements.

Configure and program security system components, including cameras, access control panels, and video management systems.

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely acquisition and delivery of security system equipment.

Oversee the installation and integration of security system components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.

Provide technical support to project teams, addressing technical challenges and ensuring adherence to vendor-specific certifications.

Train end-users on system operation, functionality, and maintenance procedures.

Document project activities, including system configurations, as-built drawings, and user manuals.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in CCTV and Access Control systems, particularly with Honeywell and Lenel products.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience working with CCTV and Access Control systems.

Strong knowledge of security system technologies, with expertise in Honeywell and Lenel vendor certifications.

Proficiency in system design, including equipment selection, wiring diagrams, and integration requirements.

Familiarity with programming and configuration of security system components.

Ability to interpret and understand technical specifications and project requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant certifications from Honeywell and Lenel are highly desirable.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CCTV and ACS with Honeywell, Lenel certifications: 3 years (required)
