**Overview of the role**:

- The primary focus of the role for the Guest Relation Officer will be responsible for answering the switchboard and handling administration functions related to the Honda showroom and assist the Showroom Manager.

**What you will do**:

- Managing the switchboard and directing the calls accordingly to the team.
- Welcome customers to the showroom.
- Update all customer telephone and web enquiries into Connect and allocate the enquiries to Sales manager.
- Assist the sales team with sales activities.
- Handling and filing sales related documents (warranty book, second set, test-drive form and insurance)
- Managing the demo keys and gift items.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable.
- Ensure the cars are displayed with correct model nameplates, price boards, specification stands, POS material.
- Ensure brochures are available.

**Required Skills to be successful**:
1. Organizing and coordination skills.
2. Customer management experience.
3. Creating reports.
4. Communication and presentation skills.

**About the Team**:

- Reporting to the Sales Manager and will work closely with the Sales team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.

**What equips you for the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- 2 years’ experience in reception or administration customer facing role.
- Daily system updates with customer details.
- Proficient in Microsot Office.
