**Content Creator & Social Media Specialist**
We’re looking for an **energetic, passionate, and creative** individual to join our team as a **Content Creator & Social Media Specialist**. **What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute **engaging social media strategies** to grow our online presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create **captivating content**, including photos, videos, reels, and stories, that showcase our hospitality experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Manage our social media accounts, ensuring consistent **brand voice and visual identity**.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for **maximum engagement**.
- Foster meaningful connections with our audience through **community management and engagement**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **creative, passionate storyteller** with experience in both content creation and social media management.
- Strong skills in **photography, videography**, and basic editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms).
- In-depth knowledge of **social media trends**, algorithms, and best practices.
- A **growth-driven mindset** with the desire to learn, develop, and evolve in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
