As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic **PMP Trainer** to join our team in delivering industry-leading **Project Management Professional (PMP)** training to our learners.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, in-person **PMP® certification training** aligned with PMI’s latest Exam Content Outline and PMBOK® Guide.
- Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and exam preparation exercises.
- Guide and support learners through the PMP certification journey, including exam strategies and study planning.
- Customize and enhance course materials, presentations, and practice exams as needed.
- Assess participants’ understanding and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay current with PMI standards and updates to maintain course relevance.

**Requirements**:

- Active **PMP® certification** (in good standing).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** delivering PMP training or corporate project management training.
- Strong command of PMI frameworks and the **PMBOK® Guide** (latest edition).
- Excellent classroom management, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, **Doha, Qatar**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor status is a strong plus.
- Real-world project management experience across different industries.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive teaching methods.
- Experience in developing or updating training materials.
