About the role

You will support program management to plan and deliver projects by managing both functional and technical project scope. You will analyze business requirements, and translate it to appropriate technical solutions. You will work with various stakeholders to manage business expectations and deliver technical solutions to realize envisaged benefits for the Organization.

Other operational duties would include:

- Manage and successfully deliver assigned IT projects in compliance with the project standards and processes of IT, including cyber security, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost.
- Secure that project plans are realistic, maintained and properly resourced.
- Ensure that operational systems are adequately supported. Manage the systems support teams/suppliers for the service delivery as per agreed SLA, perform RCA, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuously review, recommend and implement service improvements for uninterrupted service delivery.
- Perform business analysis activities to analyze user requirements and define solutions meeting those requirements and document system specifications.
- Contribute in preparation of Business - IT Strategy and IT Budgeting of assigned business divisions.
- Delivery of IT projects using project management principles in line with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and Agile (Scrum).
- Recruit, train, lead and develop a team of developers and mentor teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Ensure continuous alignment of IT initiatives, team objectives and priorities with the organizational strategy.
- Manage project teams and members in onsite/offshore models.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum certification.
- Experience in leading IT projects, ideally at a major airport and/or large companies.
- Good knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and messaging frameworks.
