We are currently hiring Carpentry Foreman
Should have Minimum 4-5 Year of GCC Experience.
Able to do the Following Duties:
- Plan, organize, and supervise carpentry activities on construction sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
- Ensure all carpentry tasks, such as framing, trimming, installation, and finishing, are executed to the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain an accurate record of materials used.
- Optimize the use of resources to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers) to ensure seamless coordination of tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters and woodworking specialists in furniture production.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications to plan and execute furniture projects.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Work in hand to lead, train and mentor carpenters to improve their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with design and senior managers to resolve technical issues and improve product designs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for communication, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving concerns effectively.
- Travel to various sites and locations as required to oversee work progress, and to liaise with the clients.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workforce and resources as needed to meet deadlines.

The Carpentry Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the carpentry team. This position requires a strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, measurements and materials, as well as the ability to lead, train and motivate a team of carpenters.
The Carpentry Foreman will also be responsible for traveling to different sites and locations to liaise with clients as needed and should always maintain good customer relations.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members.
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
