**Job Opening: FM Electrician**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

**Requirements**: Valid Qatar driver’s license, transferable visa (with NOC)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced FM Electrician to join our facility management team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within commercial/residential facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing downtime.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform **planned preventative maintenance (PPM)** and reactive repairs on electrical systems, fixtures, switchboards, wiring, and equipment.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment, circuits, and electrical devices (lighting, motors, transformers, panels)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using test equipment (voltmeters, ammeters, multimeters).
- Conduct safety and compliance inspections, ensuring adherence to local codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, materials used, and equipment condition.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls during/after working hours as required.
- Collaborate with FM team members, contractors, and other trades (HVAC, plumbing) to coordinate tasks.
- Ensure safe operation in accordance with HSE policies, permit-to-work procedures, and PPE protocols.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma plus recognized electrical qualification or apprenticeship/certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance electrician experience in facility management, commercial buildings, or MEP projects.
- Valid Qatar **driver’s license** and **transferable visa with NOC.**:

- Proficiency reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Skilled in diagnostic testing and use of electrical testing tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Flexibility for shift work and emergency response coverage
