Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform estimations for infrastructure projects
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Gather quantities from Auto CAD drawings and PDFs
- Prepare the costing sheets
- Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
- Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment
- Writing reports detailing costs and progress for clients

Immediately can join with NOC from the previous company (if applicable).

**Experience**:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
