**Job Brief**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing sales quotes and proposals
- Assisting the team in preparing tender packages
- Monitoring, developing, and updating the weekly and monthly registers
- Creating and maintaining a database of quote registers, current and potential customers
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
- Collecting and analyzing information and preparing data and sales reports
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Supporting other sales teams in preparing quotations
- Maintaining the sales process according to the company's IMS procedures
- Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments

**Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine)**:

- **Proven working experience with a minimum of 2 years in Sales**:

- **Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices**:

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotations
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Location**:Qatar

**Type of Employment**:Permanent / Full time

**Salary**:QAR 4,000 to QAR 6,000 + Sales commissions
