**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Ensure authentic preparation, presentation, and service of South Indian dishes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle inventory management, vendor relations, and cost control.
- Manage customer service operations to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional events to boost restaurant visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant management.**:
- **Proven experience with South Indian cuisine is essential.**:
- Must be **currently residing in Qatar** and available for face-to-face interviews.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and POS systems.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Valid local food safety certification (if applicable).
