**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS**:

- Oversees softscape work ie plant material inspections.
- Reviews shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups in related with hardscape and softscape.
- Ensures and monitors all materials, equipment, manpower and plant are available at the site.
- Checks all material deliveries for quantity control and approval of delivery notes.
- Liaise with draftsman for preparation of landscaping as-built drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise landscape activities ensuring it complies within the timeline, cost constraints and project's specifications.
- Frequently inspect the progress of ongoing site works on a frequent basis to ensure timely and proper completion of site work.
- Liaise with QA/QC Department to ensure all inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with the project quality plan and ITP
- Provide constructive and effective support to Project Manager and for all aspects of soft landscaping.
- Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in day-to-day site activities and resolving any technical issues.
- Coordinates with the Project Manager of any future potential problems.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- creates and manages Landscape Architectural design that is well considered, safe, functional, technically accurate and as creative as possible with respect to client’s briefs, without compromising on the laws and regulations of that given area where the construction will be undertaken.
- Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge in Landscape Architectural discipline and broad knowledge of other design disciplines (Urban Planning / Architectural / Engineering).
- Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines
- Skill in analyzing and identifying Landscape Architectural elements in designs for conformance with applicable standards, policies, codes, cost efficiency and program objectives for compliance with design requirements and acceptable architectural practice.

**EDUCATION BACKGROUND & SKILLS**:

- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have at least 8 years of professional experience.
- MMUP license in civil architecture
- Excellent analytical skills and technical skills.
- Excellent in written and oral communication skills in the English language.

**SKILLS**:

- Expertise in landscape engineering with a focus on agriculture and horticulture.
- Strong understanding of soil health, irrigation systems, and water management.
- Proficiency in landscape design software and the ability to create detailed planting plans.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, landscape design software, and knowledge of horticulture practices.
- Experience in irrigation systems, soil management, and sustainable agricultural techniques.
- Strong knowledge of local climate conditions and suitable plant species for Qatar.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR9.00 per month
