We are seeking a **Structural Draftsman**to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create drawings for foundations, beams, columns, and other structural elements in residential and villa buildings.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for villas and residential homes.
- Ensure designs follow local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards for residential projects.
- Modify and update drawings based on feedback from project teams.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that all drawings are aligned with the overall project goals and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in drafting, civil engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- **Previous experience as a Structural Draftsman in residential or villa projects.**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- With valid QID and able to join immediately.

**Salary**: QAR 3,500

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
