A reputed Driving Academy in QATAR is looking for below position (Local Hire):

**Job Purpose**:
Opening a new marketing outlets And accomplishes business development activities of the academy by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing the customer services staff.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain promotional relations with local companies, community organizations and businesses
- Develop and execute advertising programs and external marketing.
- Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives.
- Measure, analyze and evaluate programs as required.
- Communicate with companies and customers to facilitate access to services provided by the Academy.
- Train, advice and evaluate the customer services team.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing marketing and action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives of the academy by forecasting requirements; prepares annual marketing budget.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; competition, supply, and demand of the academy services.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share in Qatar.
- Improves the academy services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends about the services of academy.
- Protects the academy value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes marketing and the academy mission by completing related results as needed.
