Job Summary:
The TV and Home Appliance Technician will be skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of electronic devices including televisions, audio systems, and major home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. This position requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Setup: Install and configure new appliances and electronic systems according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

Diagnostics: Diagnose issues using appropriate testing equipment and technical expertise.

Repair Work: Perform repairs on TVs, home theater systems, and various home appliances. Replace faulty components and ensure that the appliance functions correctly post-repair.

Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on appliances to ensure they operate efficiently.

Customer Service: Provide clear and concise explanations to customers about the service work performed, offer maintenance advice, and answer any inquiries.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of services rendered, parts used, and billing information.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. Stay updated with manufacturer guidelines and warranty policies.

Technical Support: Offer support and guidance to customers over the phone or in-person for minor issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as an appliance technician with a solid understanding of electronic systems and components.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:
This role typically requires travel to clients' homes or business locations.

Technicians must be prepared to work in various indoor environments, often needing to handle tools and components in confined spaces.

Work hours can vary, including weekends and evenings, depending on customer needs and emergencies.

This job involves both technical skills and customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals who are not only technically proficient but also enjoy helping others and solving problems.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
