Perform detailed quantities take-offs and valuations
- Cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Evaluate and negotiate contract variations, claims, and final accounts in coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure cost control throughout project lifecycle and provide timely, accurate cost reporting to project teams
- Draft and review tender documents and contracts
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive bids
- Worked on PWA Projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- UPDA License
- 7-10 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Qatar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month

- PWA Projects: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UPDA / MMUP License (required)
