Car Sales Executive - Easy Sell Buy Car

**Location**: Lusail, Qatar

**Working Hours**:

- **Saturday to Thursday**:

- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Consultants to join our team and help drive our business to new heights.

**Job Summary**: As a Sales Consultant at Easy Sell Buy Car, you will be the face of the company, working directly with customers to facilitate car purchases and sales. You will guide customers through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice, addressing their needs, and ensuring the best possible experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by helping clients understand our services and offering guidance through the buying and selling process.
- **Sales Process**: Engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and offer suitable vehicle options from our inventory.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate the best price for customers, handling all aspects of the transaction, including terms and agreements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the available vehicles, their features, and the current market to provide customers with accurate, relevant information.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with trends in the automotive market to understand customer preferences and enhance sales opportunities.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- **Customer Support**: Address post-sale queries or concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Must be located in Qatar.**:

- **Valid Qatari Driving License** and **own a car** to facilitate movement between different locations.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local car market and customer preferences.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with online car marketplaces or car dealerships.
- Knowledge of car specifications, models, and features.
- Existing network of potential buyers or industry contacts.

**Salary**: 3,000 - 3,500 QAR per month, plus **commission** based on sales performance.
