The Senior Project Engineer (Offshore) is responsible for managing offshore project execution, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with industry standards, and timely project delivery. The role involves coordinating teams, overseeing engineering activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Oversight
- Lead planning, design, and execution of offshore projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring resource optimization and task completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

Technical Leadership & Risk Management
- Review engineering documents, drawings, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical support and resolve engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate project risks.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with HSE, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure project alignment.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical updates and solutions.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress, costs, and schedules, addressing deviations proactively.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Prepare reports and documentation for project audits and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or E&I).
- Professional certifications (e.g., APEGA, PE) preferred.

**Experience**:

- 10-15 years of experience in offshore project engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong expertise in multidisciplinary project execution and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and engineering tools.
