**Duties**:

- Outsource, select, and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with possible suppliers following the technical requirements of the sales team.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Conducts a comparative analysis of supplier prices and services.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers and maintains good relations.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintain Supplier and Vendor Database for the quotations, goods, and services.
- Responsible in Vendor Creation and Product Creation in the ERP system for the trading division.
- Coordinate with the suppliers and determine the quantity, quality, and timing of deliveries.
- Monitoring claims of suppliers’ defectives, shortages, and missing items and reporting immediately.
- Ensure all payments documents are forwarded to Account Payable for on-time processing.
- Ensures timely delivery by following up with logistic concerns and related processes.
- Cross-check the drafts of the final shipping documents to ensure authenticity and meet the standard requirements of Qatar customs and other parties concerned.
- Posting in the ERP system the deliveries through.
- Submits final invoices to the Finance and Accounts Department for payment processing.
- Maintain the records of procurement and logistics processes and related documents manually and electronically to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Submit a timely report on the LPO process & pending cases to Supply Chain Manager.
- Prepare and submit PO Sum Amount Monthly Report to Supply Chain Manager.
- Prepare and submit Procurement PO Status Monthly Report to Supply Chain Manager.
- Provide after-sales support for the necessary technical documents required by customers and carry out all other related and necessary activities.
- Regularly updating the Product Cost and Minimum Sales Price of each trading product to ensure it will withing the minimum fixed GP 20%.
- Provide support and timely records to Accounts Payable for the pending payables to suppliers of the Trading Division and other related processes.
- Calculate the cost and post the day-to-day production of FAST Adhesive Tape, Xtra Shield Adhesive Tape, Composite Resin Repacking, and Fiberglass Polykit. and Auto Paints.
- Post the daily transfer of FOC stock for release and Stock Movement for the Van Sales.
- Preparing the pre-cost for Sales Managers for every Purchase Request to ensure the approximate cost will be saleable and competitive.
