- An exciting opportunity for Assistant Storekeeper to work under F&B - QDFC.
- Inspecting, receiving, storing and distributing all categories of goods and services. Monitor par stock level and maintain adequate stock, while also assisting store supervisor to transfer, store & post all received goods and store related documents. Coordinating with purchasing, finance payables and all other operational outlets and follow all SOP, QA & HACCP practices.
- Operational Accountabilities;
- Maintain par stock and raise purchase request. Coordinate with purchasing team for deliveries.
- Collect LPO/FPO, inspect and receive goods, transfer goods to respective store locations and organize the stock in preferred area with proper labelling.
- Verify all goods arrived as per approved purchase order/delivery note. Report if any deviation in quantity/price/quality.
- Coordinate with purchasing for all purchase returns and pending deliveries.
- Communicate pending delivery details to respective operational outlets.
- Refuse acceptance of damage, unacceptable, or incorrect goods.
- Stamp and sign the original invoice and collect witness signature from store porter to acknowledge receipt of the goods and return the signed copy to the supplier.
- Post all invoice and transfer journals on a daily basis. Submit all posted documents to accounts payables. Maintain proper documentation for audit purpose.
- Collect approved transfer journals (TJ). Arrange & distribute the stocks as per the schedule a report any non-availability of stock.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always match.
- Ensure the TJ's are signed by the person collecting the goods.
- Adhere to HACCP and expiry policy for any kind of stock movements. Monitor proper recording of damaged or expired products.
- Report shortage, slow moving and short expiry product details to Store Supervisor. Report when stock level reach to reorder level.
- Coordinate with Warehouse team for stock receipt and transfer.
- Safe usage of electric forklift and manual handling for stock receipt and transfer.
- Asist Store Supervisor for physical stock counting and product expiry tracking; and assist to prepare various store and inventory related reports.
- Adhere to all guidelines in relation to Health & Safety, and immediately report any accidents or breaches of Health & Safety rules to provide a safe working environment.
- Maintain the stores and specifically the allocated section in a clean and tidy fashion, thereby keeping the stocks in saleable condition. Follow all QA & HACCP practices.
- Carry out stock-checks on a regular basis, to provide accurate records and to identify any stock variance and potential losses.
- Communicate with team mates, supervisors, data entry, buyers, merchandisers, etc. in a timely manner so as to smoothen the operations.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

- **Qualifications**:
Qualification and experience:
High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience. OR
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience.
- High level of attention to details and know-how of daily F&B transaction related financial data Knowledge of materials handling and inventory control.
- Considerable knowledge of requisition procedures, documentation and automated inventory control procedures.
- Good written and spoken English along with presentation skills
- Working knowledge in a dynamic environment and exercise prompt decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to multitask with workload and emergency supply needs.
- Ability to perform a full range of physical tasks.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize tasks
- Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Preferred Knowledge of HACCP system.
