- **Training and Education**: HSE Officers provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment. They also conduct regular emergency response drills.
- **Incident Investigation**: They investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Regular Inspections**: Conducting regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify safety hazards is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- **Record Keeping**: HSE Officers maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance status, preparing reports for management.

**Educational Qualifications**
- **Certifications**: Obtaining certifications from recognized institutions, such as NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), can significantly boost your qualifications.
