IT Specialist

**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for supporting all phases of data migration into the Yardi platform.
- Ensures the accurate extraction, transformation, validation, and delivery of data from multiple systems in alignment with the project plan, in close coordination with internal stakeholders and the Yardi implementation team.
- Responsible for data migration across various modules: Leasing, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Facilities Management, etc.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support and coordinate data migration across three key phases:

- DM1 (CRP): Pilot migration covering representative properties
- DM2 (UAT): Migration of full portfolio for user acceptance testing
- DM3 (Go-Live): Final migration of full portfolio to production.
- Analyze and understand data structures in legacy source systems
- Assist in data mapping and transformation to align with the Yardi ETL format and data design
- Coordinate and support data cleansing activities with business teams
- Prepare and deliver clean, structured data in a repeatable format for Yardi ETL upload
- Execute validation plans and conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity
- Incorporate feedback from validation sessions and update ETLs accordingly
- Align data submission timelines with the Yardi Data Migration Plan
- Maintain accurate documentation of data mapping, cleansing, validation, and submission processes

**Ideal Capabilities & Skills**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven Experience in data migration across various modules: Leasing, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Facilities Management, etc.
- Knowledge in Yardi, ETLs and Data Conversion
- Proven Experience Yardi Data Migration Projects
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel Sheets
- Experience in extracting data from multiple sources
- Data Cleansing & Validation
- Transforming extracted data in Yardi ETL format
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
