**Indoor Sales Executive (Electrical division)**

**Main Purpose of the Job**

To promote and sell **electrical products** to walk-in customers at the showroom. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical advice, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (electrical).
- Present technical and visual product features clearly and confidently.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain sales records and customer communications
- Support sales targets and assist in showroom/promotional activities.
- Stay updated on product ranges, stock availability, and ongoing promotions.
- Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of product displays in the showroom.
- Work closely with the sales team, inventory, logistics, and finance departments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in **indoor project sales (electrical field)** within Qatar
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- With valid QID & transferable visa
- With Qatar valid Driving License (a plus).
- Can join Immediately (advantage)

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and project sales
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
