**About Your Role**

Join Qatar Airways Employee Experience team and play a pivotal role in engaging and inspiring thousands of employees across multiple business units.

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling, internal engagement, and integrated campaigns? We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Communications and Events Manager to design and deliver impactful communications that connect, align, and inspire employees across our diverse organisation.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop & Execute Internal Campaigns: Design and deliver compelling employee communications strategies that support business goals and culture.
- Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content for newsletters, videos, scripts, announcements, and presentations in alignment with brand tone.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Corporate Communications, CSR, PR, and other stakeholders to support cross-business initiatives.
- Employee Engagement Events: Lead and support large-scale events, town halls, video-based campaigns, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaigns with a strategic focus and creative flair.
- Brand Advocacy and EVP Alignment: Act as a champion for internal branding, ensuring consistency and alignment across all employee-facing communications while ensuring that all messaging aligns seamlessly with the Qatar Airways Group's EVP.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, PR, HR, or any other related field. A diploma or vocational qualification with significant experience may be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6-7 years in internal communications or corporate communications, preferably in a multi-business or shared services environment.
- Skilled in organising employee-centric events for 500-5000+ participants, managing these events end to end, and producing content and reports for senior leadership.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Proven credibility and communication skills to engage multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employee experience design and communication strategy.
- Highly creative with an eye for detail, messaging, and storytelling.
- Proficient in project and time management, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to manage events end to end, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Comfortable with reporting and analysis - particularly on engagement and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or graphic design tools will be added advantage
