_**QUALIFICATION**_
- Bachelors Degree preferably from Mechanical Engineering background
- Expertise in MS office tools
- **JOBS N RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Familiar with industrial fasteners
- Familiar with Quality Tests
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO standards and all ISO documentation
- Inspect all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Preparation of ITP and Inspection reports
- Inspection of MTC
- Control of machine maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Coordinate with the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

**Experience**:

- QA/QC: 4 years (preferred)
