We are looking for an experienced and creative Media Specialist to join our team, focusing on social projects and initiatives within social organizations. The Media Specialist will develop, implement, and oversee media strategies to raise awareness, engage audiences, and promote the mission and activities of our social projects. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential, along with prior experience in social projects and social organizations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute media and communication strategies to promote social projects and raise community awareness.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, press releases, and newsletters, in both Arabic and English.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify key messages and themes for each initiative, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with media outlets to secure coverage, schedule interviews, and handle media relations.
- Track media campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on trends in social media, digital marketing, and media outreach, with a focus on social project communications.
- Support the development of visual content, including video scripts, graphics, and photos, working closely with creative teams as needed.
- Draft and translate media materials (press releses), ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity in both Arabic and English.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Media Specialist or similar role within social projects or social organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for improved engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team, in a fast-paced environment.
