- Plays a crucial role in the Problem Management process by delivering final-fix resolutions to identified problems.
- Proficient in creating technical documentation to contribute to the knowledge database and facilitate information sharing.
- Escalates specific issues to the relevant Business Units for product enhancement when necessary.
- Displays a keen interest in continuous learning, showcasing the ability to expand core knowledge and adapt to new technologies.
- Analyzes and troubleshoots networks, including switches, routers, wireless devices, and firewalls from various manufacturers, following specified guidelines.
- Collaborates with manufacturer TAC/support staff to address product-related issues.
- Offers recommendations for upgrades and system improvements as needed on the maintained system.
- Stays current with certifications and remains informed about technological developments in the relevant area of expertise.
- Supports the Implementation Team as a Project Engineer when directed, providing essential engineering support and detailed knowledge in the specific domain.
- Contributes to the development of written procedures related to the position.
- Undertakes additional tasks as delegated by the direct manager or superior.

**Qualifications**:
BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent with years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.

Valid CCIE R&S or Service Provider certification is a plus.

Able to work in shifts in a 365x24x7 environment in the Company Enterprise Support with flexibility in work hours when needed.

**Technical Skills and Experience**:
Minimum of six years of Level 3/TAC level support experience with debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting skillsets.

Strong Networking and in-depth knowledge in Routing & Switching technologies in multi-product/protocol/hybrid environments, including Transport/SDWAN and other technologies.

Understanding of Security Products such as Firewalls/IPS, etc.

Proficient with networking tools such as traffic generators, analyzers, etc.

In-depth knowledge and experience with IP Networking L2/3 Protocols, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, IS-IS, STP, MPLS, with an emphasis on SNMP.

Experience in SASE, SSE Technologies.

Understanding of Network Security Concepts and Technologies, e.g., Network Segmentation, DDoS Protection, Proxies, NGFW.

Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.

Experience in Incident/event management tools.

Experience in OSS/BSS tools used for service provider operations.

Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with internal/external senior-level business stakeholders.

High level of IT literacy.
