**Responsabilities**:

- Daily supervision of staff attendance, tasks, behavior and performance
- Lead & supervise the salon staff team in providing excellent customer services and maximizing salon profit
- Inventory & accounts procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes & keep clients satisfaction.
- Supervise daily/weekly cleaning, hygiene, dress code and appearance and facility management & maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Consistent, professional dress, and manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is a must
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Motivational leadership, advanced planning & organizational skills to manage staff, operations and salon finances

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
