We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team within the luxury perfumes sector. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our cosmetics brand through strategic marketing initiatives and brand development. Your primary focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, maximizing product performance, and capturing market share in the luxury perfume industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Brand Development**:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position the cosmetics brand as a leader in the luxury perfume market.

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, and integrate findings into brand strategies.

**Product Marketing**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new product offerings, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market demands.

Create compelling product marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives, to drive product awareness and sales.

**Brand Communication**:
Develop and maintain brand messaging and communication materials across various channels, including print, digital, and social media platforms.

Oversee the development of creative assets, such as packaging designs, advertising visuals, and brand collateral, to maintain brand consistency and excellence.

**Sales Support**:
Work closely with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional programs to drive product sell-through and meet revenue targets.

Analyze sales performance data and market feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement.

**Brand Performance Analysis**:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share, and utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark brand performance and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in brand management within the luxury cosmetics or fragrance industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape in the luxury perfume market.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and product sales.
