**Responsibilities**:
Design and analyze structural components for oil and gas platforms, pipelines, tanks, and other infrastructure.

Utilize engineering principles and software to perform load calculations, stress analysis, and ensure structural integrity.

Develop design specifications and ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Monitor and guide the fabrication process, making adjustments as needed to address any technical or safety concerns.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout the fabrication process.

Verify that all structures comply with local, national, and international standards, including safety and environmental regulations.

Evaluate and select appropriate materials based on project requirements and environmental conditions, such as corrosive environments or high temperatures.

Oversee testing of materials and fabricated components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Ensure structures are designed to withstand environmental factors like seismic activity, wind, and extreme weather.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

5+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in oil and gas or heavy industrial projects.

Proficiency in structural design software

Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards

**Experience**:

- structural engineering oil and gas projects: 5 years (preferred)
- structural design: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Structural Civil Engineering Certificate (preferred)
