What you will be doing:

- Perform massage and treatments while maintaining the clients comfort at all times
- Perform facials, other skincare treatments to improve skin health and appearance
- Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great experience to our guests
- Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and recommend retail sales

Your experience and skills include:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Should have Minimum of 3 years of experience as a spa therapist
- Bilingual with good communication skills in English. Thai and Indonesian ( Bahasa ) languages are preferable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Hands on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies/ hammam
- Ability to analyze guest' need and recommend appropriate treatments
- Experience in spa retail sales
