**Role Description - Quality & Compliance Officer**

**Position**: Quality & Compliance Officer
**Location**: Doha, Qatar

The Quality & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all services, processes, and deliverables comply with internal standards, client specifications, and national labor and regulatory requirements. The role plays a critical function in monitoring service quality, ensuring contractual and legal compliance, conducting internal audits, and supporting continuous improvement across all operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures in line with project and client requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to Qatar Labor Law, QF Worker Welfare Standards, and internal company policies.
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to ensure service consistency and effectiveness.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive action plans.
- Review and validate operational documentation including timesheets, staff records, training logs, and mobilization files.
- Ensure staff onboarding processes meet documentation and legal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and project management to ensure policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Maintain a compliance tracker and prepare reports for internal and client audits.
- Support risk management activities and incident investigations as needed.
- Conduct awareness sessions for employees on quality and compliance requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Knowledge of labor regulations, HSE standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with compliance software/tools and audit methodologies
