Jobs in Brief:

- Prepare 5 years business plan for Ashghal Affairs and relevant ministries and authorities' submitted proposed projects.
- Verify feasibility of the projects and their satisfaction to implement requirements.
- Prepare consolidated baseline schedule.
- Update project life cycle (tendering, award, expenditures), through consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Preparation of Proposed Projects Budget Recommendations per program based on best planning and forecasting practices.
- Prepare and Ensure periodic update of Capital Projects Cash flow, analysis, status reporting and forecasts based on best planning and forecasting

practices in line with the team guidelines.
- Prepare the Projects Statement report that defines projects to be tendered one month in advance.
- Implement state-of-the-art planning and automation solutions, Creative Input thereon for optimum productivity with highest level of efficiency.
- Prepare and Update Monthly and annual follow up reports.
- Prepare and Update monthly and quarterly reports and KPI’s for Affairs' Departments Budget Plan.

Qualification:

- Should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent, Certified in Primavera Enterprise System (P6 or latest).
**Experience**:

- At least 10 years project management experience in planning, scheduling and cost engineering, including at least 5 years using project management
