We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing operations for our F&B outlets.

**Job Title: Procurement Officer - F&B Outlet**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source reliable suppliers for food, beverage, and non-food items ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and store teams for demand planning.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular cost and consumption reports.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with chefs and F&B management to ensure product quality and availability.
- Conduct regular market analysis and price comparisons to ensure competitive procurement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
