- Should be proficient in Brazing copper pipes.
- Immense knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical equipment and related works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Manage and supervise MEP maintenance operations, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Should complete the given task with hands on equipment.
- Should lead the technician to complete the job on time.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair projects.
- Train and develop maintenance staff to uphold quality and safety standards.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
