Spendwisor is looking for a dynamic and experienced **Human Resource Manager** to join our growing team. As an early-stage startup in the financial technology and BNPL space, we need a hands-on HR professional who can handle everything from recruitment and talent management to shaping our company culture. You will be instrumental in scaling our team, establishing HR policies, and ensuring the company remains a fantastic place to work as we grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for various departments, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
- Nurture a positive working environment and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience in the Qatar market** is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR functions in a **tech startup environment** is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and build effective relationships.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Qatar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
