**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and install furniture according to specifications and customer needs.
- Conduct repairs on damaged furniture, including upholstery, woodwork, and hardware.
- Inspect and assess furniture for wear and tear, providing maintenance solutions as necessary.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including repairs and maintenance.
- Stay updated on new furniture products, materials, and techniques in the industry.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in furniture repair or woodworking is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Furniture Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of furniture construction and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy items.
