Store Incharge

a) Maintain inventory for the company both physical and in ERP

b) Listing and cataloging all items in stock.

c) Allocating number for different item in the store

d) Carry weekly audit of item in the storage unit.

e) Keeping records, all the item issued to production

f) Keeping the records off all items issued to office

g) Ensuring each item issued are backed by the necessary paperwork

h) Ensuring that the recipients of items issued are signed for each good received

i) Ensuring all paper work are in order

j) To receive, inspect and store all items purchased or seek help from initiator.

k) To issue consumables, accessories and any necessary specialist tools to workshop.

l) Record all transfer of goods; incoming and outgoing from business premises.

m) Review accountability report’s for accuracy

n) Ensure material handling is done carefully from offloading to storage to delivering at the factory safeguarding the safety of the handlers

o) Ensure store is kept neat and clean with labelling on racks.

p) Issue material as per production reports and update ERP without any delay

q) Intimate QC for inspection of any new incoming material

r) Exhibit flexibility in performing any task given

s) Coordinate with the logistics team for mobilization of the material and effectively use the vehicles for transportation.
