We are looking for a female arabic speaking receptionist at our Royal Heaven hotel with 2 years experience in Hotel and Hospitality industry. We a competitive company and an opportunistic place for any ambitious career driven person to build her career.

Must be female and Arabic national.

and permanent after selection period with sponsorship change.

**Salary**: QAR2,500 during selection period. After selection and sponsorship change salary will be set according to her performance. Bonuses are available for top performer at the hotel every month starting at 20% to 80%
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Administering check-ins and check-outs.
- Providing front desk services to guests.
- Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
- Delivering mail and messages.
- Processing guest payments.
- Offering, arranging, and selling guests’ activities.
- Maintaining digital databases.
- Personalizing every guest stay.
- Maintaining office supplies stock.
- Completing cashier pre-shift supply checklist.
- Being a team player when needed

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Arabic Nationality Speakers (Female)
- Must have Hotel Front Office experience minimum 2 years
- Must be available locally in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
- Immediate joiner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From QAR2,500.00 per month
